We've all heard of famous philosophers like Aristotle, Plato, Confucius, Spinoza, Kant, Jung und Freud, and probably studied them in school, but did you also know that we all live our own philosophy?
We all are the way we are, we think we way we think, feel the way we feel, we all have our habits, our preferences and dislikes, our talents and personal challenges, our view of the world and philosophy in life, our unique nature, our character and entire personality, are the direct result of what we have learned, not in a formal school, but in the school of life, where experience is our only real teacher.
The first step involves therefore the learning, the becoming aware of, the realizing; what have I learned from my own experiences,
what is my philosophy, what do I know, and what do I want to learn. what do I want to change and improve upon?
